The Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas of the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, in collaboration with the Escuela Politécnica Nacional and the Universidad de Cuenca, will be hosting the 5th International Economics Congress.

This academic event, with the slogan “Labor Markets, Public Investment, and Quantitative Economy,” is aimed at students, Professors and researchers. From February 2^nd, the Call for Papers has been opened, as well as the submission of articles and organization of sessions. Submissions in all areas of economics are welcome. Complete papers may be eligible to be published in COMPENDIUM an Administration and Economics Journal with indexation in Latindex and Dialnet.

The congress will be held in the city of Guayaquil from July 26th to the 28th, and it will count with Cristina Arellano, Ph.D. in Economics from Duke University as the keynote speaker. Certificates will be awarded.
